Service Level Agreements with RDA Group

Not all organisations have the same level of IT requirement and in turn need differing levels of service. RDA Group has three different SLA levels so that you can elect which level is appropriate for your business.

All clients who subscribe to an RDA Group service receive our standard SLA with the option to upgrade this in line with their IT dependency.

The levels available are:

  • Platinum - response time of 1 hour
  • Gold - response time of 2 hours
  • Silver - response time of 4 hours
